I listed my home with Chris Watts from The Team Real Estate group. I had purchased my home with Chris eight years ago and trusted him with my most valued investment. He met with me in my home and provided comps and explained how we should set the sale price. He offered staging tips and recommended a few repairs before we took photos. His photo/video person was very professional and the images he took made my house look very impressive! In fact, after several showings, the first contract I received was from an out-of-town buyer who hadn't even been in the house. Chris negotiated all of the details of the contract and we were able to close less than 30 days after the house was listed. I would highly recommend Chris Watts and The Team Real Estate Group when buying or selling home.

He did such an excellent job of not only understanding but also taking notes of our specific requirements, especially for out-of-state clients like us.
